Need-to-Know Rules and Guidelines When You Visit Caesar’s Superdome
Here is a brief overview of important information regarding your visit to the Superdome. Planning ahead and knowing the rules before you go gets you to your seats quickly so you can enjoy your event.
*If you’re parking at the dome, there are 7 public garages and two surface lots available. Garages only accept credit or debit cards. You can also purchase pre-paid parking for select events. For Saints home games your vehicle may be subject to a vehicle screening.
*There are numerous food and beverage options available throughout the Superdome. All concession areas only accept credit or debit cards.
*The entire Superdome is a cashless operation. However, there are several guest service locations in the dome that will convert your cash to a VISA card ($25 and $50 denominations only).
*No clear backpacks or fanny packs.
*Only clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, one-gallon clear plastic bags, or small clutch bags 4.5” x 6.5” or less with no handle or strap.
*Diaper bags also must adhere to the NFL’s clear bag policy.
*Medically necessary items require proper inspection and tagging.
